Enterprise Design Thinking
- Facilitated 150+ hours of design thinking workshops, spanning discovery, solutioning, and MVP co-creation, with cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders resulting in heightened awareness of IBM’s technology solutions
- Led over 25 enterprise client engagements leveraging IBM’s portfolio of products including AI, resulting in over $12M in sales

Design
- Conducted generative and evaluative research to uncover business needs and validate technological solutions.
- Designed and prototyped custom UI applications leveraging the IBM Carbon Design System, ensuring accessibility, cohesion, and usability consistent with enterprise design standards
- Crafted user personas for specific business users to drive technology demo’s and MVP’s
User Research
- Researched business users through understanding their pain points in a workflow and addressing their challenges through IBM technology
- Leading the development of 2026 Innovation Design Internship Program, including program structure and building curriculum to strengthen IBM’s early talent pipeline in design
- Interviewed 15+ design interns to understand their current experiences that will drive the development of the 2026 Design Internship Program.
Designer Community Lead
- Managing a team of four designers on various initiatives centered around creating a community that strengthens collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and a sense of belonging across the design organization
- Facilitate update calls, team bonding events, and coffee chats monthly to build alignment, improve communication, and encourage cross-team connections
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams to bring in guest speakers and thought leaders, enriching the community’s exposure to industry insights and professional development opportunities
